  • Chef’s platter of smoked salmon rolls, tandoori spiced chicken drumettes and chilli garlic prawns – (shared between two guests)
  • Tian of blue swimmer crab and avocado, salmon pearl
  • Roasted figs with mozzarella and roma tomatoes
  • Tandoori chicken drumettes served with raita
  • Smoked salmon rolls with asparagus spears
  • Salt and pepper prawns with Asian salad

MAIN COURSE – Please choose one or two (FOR ALTERNATE SERVE)

  • Grilled king prawns with grapefruit salad and pomegranate
  • Prime veal cutlet with roasted potatoes, sugar and snap peas with red wine Jus
  • Oven roasted chicken breast with creamy mash, slithered asparagus, sweet corn and pine nuts
  • Pan fried gnocchi, asparagus slithers, corn, edamame with fresh pesto
  • Herb crusted barramundi, carrot puree, potato mash, beurre blanc

DESSERT – Please choose one (FOR ALTERNATE SERVE)

  • Chefs dessert platter (shared between two) of mango and coconut savarin, vanilla bean pannacotta, rich chocolate mud slice.
